E.P.D.M. RUBBER ROOFS
E.P.D.M. Rubber Roofs are large continuous, homogeneous roof coverings which come
in sheet sizes as large as 50 feet in width and 200 feet in length.
Basic uses include:
- New roof construction.
- Re-roofing existing roofs.
- Elastometric sheeting for freeform roofs.
- Flashing and expansion joints.
- Waterproofing promenades and parking decks.
MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOFS
Modified Bitumen is a two-ply roofing system for use over suitable insulation and substrates.
The system can be installed with hot bitumen, spot adhered with adhesive or heat-welded.
Cap sheets are protected from aging by lightweight colored granules which add to the longevity of the system.
One Metre wide rolls.
HOT ASPHALT BUILT-UP ROOFS
Asphalt-based membrane roofing systems have been used in North America for approximately 150 years,
longer than any other roofing materials except wood, slate and metal.
- Multiple plies of felts increase the strength and critical mass of the built-up roof system.
- Offers you the option of using higher or lower melting points of hot asphalt depending on the application and roof slope.
- Allows you to use different types of felts, organic or glass fiber. Also allows you to use organic or modified Bitumen base flashings.
TREMCO APPLICATION ROOF SYSTEMS
The BURmastic system is stabilized and reinforced with three plies of Tremco Composite Ply Roofing Felts and four coatings of BURmastic
Modified Asphalt.
Tremco also features cold applied roof restoration system as well as complete replacements.
